For CFO staff-associates, each year CFO conducts an Annual Employee Engagement Survey, led by a third-party expert, which assesses employee engagement and enablement. Results are benchmarked against norms (general industry, high performing, and Canadian enterprises) as well as the CFO trend line.
Our 2020 staff-associate engagement survey (96% participation) results show engagement at 64%- at Norm with industry comparators, with Enablement at 78%- above Norm. Results demonstrate a healthy CFO work environment and staff aligned with strategy. Importantly, the survey assessed how employees felt CFO was handling the COVID-19 pandemic with staff indicating a very favorable view on CFO responsibility and actions.
